Brandhout.com uses different kinds of distribution for the delivery of your firewood. Delivery takes place with a ( city ) trailer photo left) or with a box truck (photo right). A city trailer is a large lorry that cannot be found in all streets or residential areas. If you have any doubts as to whether this is appropriate for your situation, or is it necessary that the delivery takes place with a box truck (smaller lorry); then it is wise to report this in advance. We then plan your delivery with a box truck

Pay attention! Your address must be accessible for trucks. If there are limitations in weight and / or dimensions to your address and the firewood cannot be delivered, this is not a reason for free return but the return conditions apply. In case you have doubts about accessibility, please contact our customer service.

Both the citytrailers and the box trucks have a tailgate at the rear. Both have an ( electric ) transpallet with which the firewood pallet can be released on pavement.

Palettes with firewood are placed on the sidewalk as standard. If desired, you can ask the driver if the pallet can be put down at your desired location. The driver determines what is or is not possible.

Please note; the ( electrical ) transpallet can only run over flat paving, not over uneven cobblestone, gravel, gravel, grass or sand. The ( electric ) transpallet with the pallet of firewood weighs between 1000 and 2000 kg. so a hard, flat surface is absolutely necessary (slopes are a risk for the correct placement of your firewood pallet).

Please note; we have no interest whatsoever in placing the pallet in a place that you do not want, but it must be possible to place it in a manner that avoids accidents and damage (this is at the discretion of the driver). 

Please note; damage due to placement on your site (eg subsiding pavement etc.) is at your own expense. Delivery to holiday parks and apartments takes place up to the main entrance or on the ground floor. In the unlikely event that the pallet is not deposited at the location desired by you, that is no reason to take back the pallet (s) of firewood free of charge. In that case the return conditions apply.

Brandhout.com, can I arrange a date so that I can be present at the firewood delivery ?

On the order form you can choose a desired delivery date yourself. We will then schedule the delivery immediately on this date (subject to payment received and availability in transit). Pallets with firewood are placed on the sidewalk as standard. If desired, you can ask the driver if the pallet can be put down at your desired location. Can the firewood pallet also be delivered to my apartment?

Brandhout.com delivers your pallet to the main entrance of your apartment on the ground floor. A whole pallet of firewood weighs around 1000 kilos, so unfortunately it cannot be lifted. If you live in an apartment, Brandhout.com has packaged firewood in net bags especially for you. Available and easily packaged without wooden rack, so without extra packaging with 72 net bags on a pallet.
